Breathing, Moving, Mindfulness
Our aim is to:
- To create greater body awareness by developing physical and mental confidence, allowing the client to reach their full potential and achieve their goals, no matter what they might be.
- To empower and strengthen body and mind through yoga, meditation, breathing techniques and nutrition.
- To re-educate members on the importance of health, fitness and nutrition for longevity and wellbeing.
