The Journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
Take your step towards health and wellness...step onto your mat 2017.
At YogaGap we maintain a holistic view in our approach to wellness, rooted in the Akhanda yoga tradition.
YogaGap was started to help others to lead a more holistic, balanced and healthy lifestyle, providing time away from the busyness and stress of many current lifestyles.
Through regular holistic yoga practice, many students have found that they are able to better cope with stress and day-to-day demands and activities.
Steph completed her Akhanda yoga teacher training in India under Yogrishi Vishvketu with World Conscious Yoga Family. She went on to study Ashtanga yoga with John & Lucy Scott and has completed 800-hour yoga philosophy diploma through Traditional Yoga Studies.
She holds as her mentors John Scott, Manju Jois, Nancy Gilgoff and David Swenson. “By combining movement, breathing, mindfulness, meditation and correct nutrition
we are able to achieve greater wellbeing and freedom from pain and dis-ease.”
Yoga is for everyone regardless of age, gender, shape and size. Men, women, kids, and seniors, mothers-to-be and new mums will all benefit from regular yoga practice. Your first step onto the yoga mat is the start of an exciting journey to building a solid yoga foundation.
